The Career Services team works jointly with students to provide them support and orientation with their professional career planning and job search.

Together with external consultants, ESADE's Career Services organizes workshops and training sessions on all aspects relating to professional careers, from advice on how to draft a résumé or approach a job interview, to classes on negotiation.

Every year, Career Services organizes on-campus recruitment events at ESADE facilities facilitating direct contact between companies and law firms and the students from the different ESADE programs. These events are the best tool to round off the student body's knowledge of how companies work, while simultaneously easing each organization's transmission of values.

Additionally, MBA and undergraduate participants have a Career Advisor who counsels them from the onset of the programme. The counselor helps them identify their professional goals, and collaborates in the design of a plan of action to reach them.

On a yearly basis, Career Services manages some 2,500 job offerings which ESADE students can consult via the intranet, in addition to all of the other services they offer.
